Our specialist FSA service is designed for companies active in the Financial Services industry. The FSA state that their regulated staff at these companies must be “fit and proper persons” for the role they perform. The FSA have outlined a number of criteria that must be checked and verified during a vetting procedure. These include:

1 honesty, integrity and reputation;
2 competence and capability; and
3 financial soundness.
